In August 2006 Paul purchased Chris & Di’s Bakery in Ararat, known as “The Ararat Bakery” with 8 employees. Over the past 12 years Paul has built the business from where Chris and Di left off, making it the Award Winning Bakery it is today.
In April 2011 Paul purchased Chris Di’s Bakery in the main street of Stawell with Easter on the doorstep and he hit the ground running. In 2013 he reassessed the name of both bake houses, in collaboration with his staff, he came up with the new name “Baker’s Brew”.
In 2017 Paul decided it was time to branch out again, this time in Ballarat, He opened a second Baker’s Brew store in Wendouree providing the same products and service that he does at Ararat.
