BAKER’S BREW

Baker’s Brew has 27 employees with a customer base of over 200,000.

Baker’s Brew now supplies to over 60 wholesale stores including 10 IGA supermarkets, traveling between Ararat – Ballarat, Stawell, Terang and Dunkeld offering a 6 day a week delivery service.

Baker’s Brew feature their range at monthly Markets, sometimes four in the same week end, you will find Baker’s Brew at any one of these from Jung Market in the Mallee, to Portland Market by the coast, and everywhere in between.

Paul and the team at Baker’s Brew are part of a winning class of bakers and pastry cooks. With this strong team, Paul has achieved a number of awards for the best pies, sausage rolls, bread and Vanilla Slices. Paul continues to strive for excellence in his field and plans to be in the Top 5 this year.

The Baker’s Brew Crew range from young team members just starting out in the workforce, qualified bakers, to international sponsored team members looking for a start in this great country.

ABOUT PAUL Meet the Baker

Paul’s baking career began in 1990, when he started an apprenticeship at Kerang Safeway’s. After 10 years working with the Safeway group he moved to Wimmera in 1999, continuing his career in bakeries across Stawell, Halls Gap and Ararat. Paul married Sheree in 2001 and has 5 gorgeous children Beau, Tayiah, Jett, Rock, and Klay. Paul is a family man and encourages everyone to be a part of the big family that he has today, with all his Baker’s Brew team members … the team keeps growing.

OUR HISTORY

In August 2006 Paul purchased Chris & Di’s Bakery in Ararat, known as “The Ararat Bakery” with 8 employees. Over the past 12 years Paul has built the business from where Chris and Di left off, making it the Award Winning Bakery it is today.

In April 2011 Paul purchased Chris Di’s Bakery in the main street of Stawell with Easter on the doorstep and he hit the ground running. In 2013 he reassessed the name of both bake houses, in collaboration with his staff, he came up with the new name “Baker’s Brew”.

In 2017 Paul decided it was time to branch out again, this time in Ballarat, He opened a second Baker’s Brew store in Wendouree providing the same products and service that he does at Ararat.

BAKER’S BREW CAFE

With the bakery comes the Baker’s Brew Café, this provides hungry bellies fresh bread, pies of all flavours, cakes and slices as well as Coffee, Tea, Hot Chocolate and a variety icy cold drinks and delicious food to fill your belly.

Paul’s team aim to provide the best customer service and fulfil your hunger needs. Open 6 days a week, you will find Paul at one of our awesome locations, filling the pie warmer, rearranging the bread shelves and refilling bain-marie, slice cabinet, drinks or just having a snack on the run. Come and say Hi and enjoy a cuppa and some awesome baked delights with us.
